I had a meal at the food court when I went to LaLaport Kadoma. This time, I decided to try the ramen from Ramenya Mitsuba, Kadoma Branch.
The food court is on the 3rd floor.

The store is at the end of the food court. It’s easy to find as there are three ramen stores in a row. (The ramen shop Wakai, which I visited before, is in the middle)
This time, I decided to try the “Salt Chashu Men” and the “Thoughtful Rice.”

Firstly, the Salt Ramen. It’s a light chicken white soup, very delicious and easy to eat. It’s great for those who don’t like overly rich dishes. Even for those who like a rich broth, this soup lets you enjoy the full flavor of the white soup, and I think it will satisfy you.
The chashu also comes in an incredible amount and is more than fulfilling (almost too much!). The Menma here has a softer texture than other ramen shops. I liked this Menma (though those who prefer a harder texture might mind this).
The Thoughtful Rice has the taste of Menma permeated into the rice. The flavor is not overly strong. Personally, I thought the rice was neither especially good nor bad.
The Salt Chashu Men was delicious and I would recommend it.
