Interesting Japanese style of eating oatmeal

Oatmeal is pretty popular in Japan right now, especially people who care about health or working out.

There is one interesting way of Japanese style eating.
That is eating with Ochazuke mix.

Ochazuke is japanese simple cooking that you mix green tea and rice with some ingredient, like Japanese pickls or salmon.
Ochazuke mix is instant food of Ohazuke.
It’s powder and some dried ingredient.

When you eat it, you put Ochazuke mix onto raice and pour hot water.
Rice will be replaced with oatmeal.

So, it’s really simple.
Make oatmeal soft with water and microwave, first.

Then boil hot water.
And put ochazuke mix on top.
