Tihs is about Episode 6 of Pop Team Epic Season2 .
I think I need to explain a lot in this episode. lol

Japanese episode one’s voice actors(seiyuu) are
Mayumi Iiduka and Hekiru Shiina voiceacted in first half.
Also Tasuku Hatanaka and Toshiki Masuda are known from voiceacting in “My Hero Academia” in second half.

In the beginning, there were parodies about gal game and otome game(lol)
I liked they made both games 🙂

I was surprised that a real person suddenly appeared in anime.
He is Japanese comedian.
His name is  Nadaru and also a member of “Korokoro-chikichiki-peppers”.

And also there was a woman, she is also Japanese comedian too.
Her name is Yui-P and a member of “Okazu-club”.

Next one is game over scene.
Actually I loved this parody.

This is parody of “Erika to Satoru no Yume Bōken”
(I’m not sure this game is popular in abroad, but there was english wikipedia!)

This game is famous in Japan because of being embedded in “hidden message” in the  game of source code.
The hidden messge was written by a programmer.
He complained about his terrible working environment, so he hid the message in the game.
As you can tell(even can’t read Japanese) these message are so similar!

Next one has three parodies used in the same time.
First of all, Kappa-sushi is a Japanese conveyer belt sushi restaurant.
Actually, the weird song exists for real. low

Secondly, Kappa is Japanese traditional Yokai(creature, specter).
This creature was believed for Japanese people since long ago.

Finally, this scene is parody of old TV show.
The TV show is “Hiroshi Fujioka Tanken series”.
(Tanken means Adventure in Japanese)
This TV show is broadcasted in 70’s, so I wonder who knew such a old TV show?

This scene is parody of “Gakkou no Kiadan” movie.
(Gakkou means “School” in Japanese.
Kaidan means “scary story” in Japanese.)

The ending scene.
This is parody of Japanese CM.
The CM is “Kateikyoushi no TRY”
(Kateikyoushi means “home tutor” in Japanese)

There were so many parodies!
I’m interested in dubbed one 🙂

I hope this article helped you understanding this anime.
(I’m not sure we need to understand the original souce…)

Anyway, thank you for reading:)
