There is a really good ramen restaurant near Moriguchi station in Osaka.
The restaurant’s name is “Torijin”.
It’s always popular even weekday too.
When I went to it, it was already pretty crowded(around 11:30 on Friday)
The restaurant is neat and small.
I think for managing the restaurant, this size is good for owner.
(Only owner cooks ramen)

This restaurant has some types of ramen.
One is chicken broth greasy ramen.
A, B, and D are greasy.
B is the greasiest, D is the second.
(Even A is really greasy.)
Other flavour is sho-yu ramen(soy sauce based ramen)
If you like sho-yu ramen, order C.
And D is also chicken broth ramen, but this one isn’t greasy.
It’s more creamy broth ramen.
And E and F is Tsukemen.
Tsukemen is slightly thicker ramen noodles separted from a thick broth which you dip the noodles in.
Tsukemen’s broth is usually made by fish.
So, if you like Tsukemen with fish broth, Order F.
E is Tsukemen but greasy chicken and fish broth.
If you order tsukemen, you can choose the amount of noodle from 200, 300, and 400g.
I would recommend 300g.
When you order, you have to buy the ticket in advance from vending machine.
I orderd No-kou Torijin Ramen(A from the Menu)
Thick broth makes me come to this restaurant again and again.
Noodle is made by this restarurant.
You can see the noodle maker machine.
And you should order “rare cha-shu don”.
Which is rice bowl with Chinese-style barbeque pork.
The sauce is really yummy.
Actually, we often come here with my wife’s friends (They are from abroad).
Most of them liked this ramen restaurant.
If you can eat chicken and pork, it’s worth to eat this.

If you can’t decide which is good, I would reccomend
A if you can eat greasy food.
If you like Tsukemen, F is good for you.
If you like creamy one, choose G.
It seemed most customer ordered A or F.
